Project Description

Psycho Re-Mix with Preview

“Donald O’Finn, the master of re-purposed found footage, counterpoints the Hitchcock classic black and white film with Gus Van San’s color re-make and re-purposes scenes of  the two films into a stunning work of art.”~Exhibition Catalogue BWAC Screening room.

A montage of appropriated images both singular and recurring, that represent television both as a medium, message, and as a device of conscious and subconscious cultural significance. The dreams of an old sentient television.
